    Diversity

    • Charles Cunningham (2000s, 2010s) is the first African American to be elected to the Humble ISD School Board. In late 2019, he became the first African American to serve on the Humble City Council

    • Martina Lemond Dixon (2010s) is the first African-American woman to be elected to the Humble ISD School Board.

    • Louise Panzarella (1960s, 1970s, 1980s) is the first woman to be elected to the Humble ISD School Board.

    Positions

    • When the Humble ISD School Board was first formed, it only had two officer positions: President and Secretary

    • The Vice-President position was added in April 1926

    • The Parliamentarian position was added in October 1975
