Hi! My name is Mrs. Dickard and I am the culinary arts and hospitality teacher for 7th and 8th grade. I graduated from UH with a BS in Nutrition, and I also have an associates degree in Spanish. I absolutely love cooking. My current passion is Asian and Korean foods. My ultimate goal is to give students a good foundation and basic knowledge of both cooking and kitchen skills. As for hospitality, I have a lot of experience mainly stemming from my time managing at Pappasitos and supervising at Circuit of the Americas.
