Welcome to 3rd Grade at Timbers!  I am new to the Timbers family and so excited to be here!  A little background on me, I was a college golf coach for almost 15 years in my life before I had kids.  Then, I stayed home with my son and daughter for about 7 years and decided I wanted to make a career change to education.  I taught pre-k for the past 2 years and now I am here at 3rd Grade!  I am originally from Stillwater, OK (Go OSU Cowboys!) but golf led me to the University of New Mexico where I received my bachelors degree in 1998.  I have lived in many states and love to travel to see family and friends.  My husband and I moved to the Humble ISD area in 2012 and we have made a home here.  Our 2 children, son in 3rd and daughter in 1st, are in the Humble ISD school system and we could not be more happy with their academic achievements.  In my spare time, I like to read, coach my daughter's soccer team, watch my son play soccer, and spend time with family and friends.  I am so grateful to be a part of our fabulous 3rd Grade team and look forward to an exciting year!
