I am super excited for this school year! Working together, I know that it will be great!

I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor's in Education, as well as a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction. I am certified to teach ESL and GT students, and this is my 3rd year teaching 5th grade. I am looking forward to implementing all that I have learned over the years to make sure every student receives a quality education.

My Philosophy of Education:

That classrooms should be a safe place for children to learn and to grow as individuals. My students will feel like they are safe to learn, speak their mind, take risks, and be themselves, no matter what they are going through and where they are in life.
