• C.A.T.C.H. Break

    (Coordinated Approach to Child Health)

     


    Every morning in class, we have C.A.T.C.H. break. This is a time when the children can eat a healthy snack. Please be sure to send a snack with your child each day. We have a child with a nut allergy in our classroom.  Please be aware of this when you are shopping for your child's snack!
    The children will eat while sitting on the classroom floor. Make sure the snack is easy for your child to open and eat neatly. If a spoon is needed, please send a plastic one. Here are some examples of healthy snacks:
    -cereal
    -fruit
    -cheese sticks

    -carrot sticksapple
    -low-sugar dry cereal
